FEES AND BOOTH INFORMATION
Application fee: $120 for each 10' x 10' space, refundable upon non-acceptance
Deadline: February 13, 2009 Notification and Check Deposit: Second Week of March 2009
A registration is a commitment to the two days and
official hours of the Show.
• No refunds given for cancellation after acceptance.
• Artists sharing a space much each submit an
application. Photocopies are permitted.
• Submitted slides must be representative of the work
to be exhibited.
• Participating artists must supply their own booth
and/or display.
• Booth location requests will be considered, but
cannot be guaranteed.
• This is an outdoor show and electricity is not available.
• Booth locations, Artists’ Reception tickets and other
details will be mailed in April.
