INTERESTS I have numerous interests, and have been blessed with many talents. I love writing, cinematography, photography, painting, designing, decorating, acting, promoting, and gourmet cooking, amongst numerous other things. I am a romantic at heart. I LOVE nature and enjoy walks on the beach, hikes in the woods, finding a secluded swim hole and taking a dip, candle lit dinners, picnics, dancing, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, yoga, and music that suits my mood. I also take great pleasure in going to the theatre or a concert, as well as reading and researching. I immensely enjoy good conversation, and am well versed on numerous subjects, and LOVE meeting people and making new friends. I also love the quiet times; sitting under the stars, watching a crackling fire, and just listening to the sounds of nature. I am an advocate for Human Rights and take seriously, ‘All people are created equal.’ Having worked with and befriended people from around the world at UNICEF, I can tell you first-hand that we ALL share the same emotions, have the same desires, even if our traditions differ. Aren’t we ALL a product of our milieu? I also support efforts in biodiversity, as I can see in my lifetime numerous changes that have influenced our ecology. The human race has ravaged the planet with their insatiable lust for wealth over the centuries, giving little consideration to the consequences to our planet. Many of our wars are caused by people rebelling to the rapaciousness of corrupt politicians and businesses, which have left their water and land devastated. IF we don’t begin to work together to find ways to improve biodiversity, people in our generation and moving forward will endure the ramifications. I am a religious person, and have extensively studied religions going back to very ancient times. There is NO DOUBT in my mind that there IS a superior being who I call GOD. Many of our most revered physicists, including Albert Einstein, have sought to prove the quintessence of ‘something’ greater than ourselves. As much as modern-day physicist, scientists, philosophers, archeologists, and anthropologists know…they still have not been able to figure out the cosmos, or how or exactly when human beings came into being.
