Hi, This is Finn Coren, a singer & songwriter from Norway.
I’ve released 6 albums here in Norway, and also been a guestsinger with the band White Willow. All of my albums received great critical acclaim and praise here in Norway and also some great reviews in Denmark, England and America. «The Blake Project» (1997) was also a nominee for the Norwegian Grammy. The last years I’ve been working on a double-CD, «I draumar fær du» where I’ve been writing over 30 songs based upon poems by the Norwegian poet Olav H. Hauge. His poetry is now seen as one of the main achievements of twentieth-century Norwegian literature. «I draumar fær du» was my first album in Norwegian, and was released at Ulvik Poetryfestival in September 2008. The album was hailed by many critics as one of the Best Albums of 2008. In 2009 my main focus will be to write and record material for a new album. Looking forward to meeting new people and making a lot of new friends here.
