Fin Raziel bring a fresh new approach to the post-rock genre, a dramatic delivery with exciting and innovative sounds. Mixing live sequencing, synth loops, layered harmonies, catchy choruses and an honest emotive delivery, the band are deliver an exciting stage-show to showcase their apocalyptic, chaotic songwriting.
2008 has seen the band stride on to a higher level, playing countless gigs in London and across the south including venues such as The Camden Barfly, The Carling Islington Academy and Café de Paris; in the process creating a buzz amongst labels, press and radio. Highlights of the year include unveiling their debut EP ‘Disaster’ to the masses at a sold out show at the Boileroom in Guildford, as well as selling out shows around the Bath area where they are originally from. The band has shared the stage with bands such as Go:Audio, The Le Brocks, Fears, Greg Holden, Mark Morriss from The Bluetones and many many more.
Fin Raziel released their debut single ‘Disaster’ in July 2008 with a headline show at The Metro in London. With a non existent marketing budget the single reached number 32 in the iTunes Alternative chart as well as gaining radio play across the country.
Fin Raziel are now working hard in the studio before returning with a brand new single and EP, due out late 2009.
