History of the band goes back to year 1987, but the name The Stingers emerged circa 1991. At the time the band featured 2nd guitar player, but he was forced to leave 1993. The Stingers has been a trio with this same line-up ever since!
The Stingers has done over 200 gigs, mostly in bars, but also at bigger festivals as PROVINSSI-ROCK (3 times) and ROCK`N`ROLL JAMBOREEs (4 times) and some other smaller festivals.
The goal of The Stingers is to get their own music and songs published and heard, and to play live to new people at new places, and get as many person as possible to realize, how great music Rockabilly is!
