fio (pronounced "Fye-Oh") is a psycho-dynamic 3-piece of instrumental, expeditionary rock from regina, saskatchewan, canada. we formed in 2006 after jamming out in high school, and now our band has grown into something more epic than we could have ever figured...It Out.
after gigging locally for about 2 and a half years, our debut album is now set to be recorded, and hopefully released in 2009. thanks to all for the continued support, we hope you enjoy listening. we enjoy playing. stay tuned!

Oh for FUCKS SAKES! Youtube is soo fucking gay. Anyhow up on Veoh but not very good. I just sorta slapped things together as the second cam was useless and you guys didn't get John to record the show so the audio is off the cam with the worst audio sadly.
To what am I referring? Lost video footage! I found it, but for a bit there I thought I had lost all the footage of your guys and SITM! I'll post soon.
ya I'll try to get you a copy some time this week. It took a while to get things together but I didn't realize you guys had no audio, which I was waiting for from John.
The Brutal Bros footage will be mutilated and delivered as soon as the studio is back together.
Everything from Brutal to our (Defying Divinity's) practice schedule have been kerfucked from this move but I'll try to not keep you guys waiting too long.
