When the Bleak lineup broke up in 2009, the creator of their music, singer-songwriter Caleb replaced the old members with new ones and changed their name to FIREAL, keeping the old logo and songs from their debut album [Burns Inside]. Having already written the songs for the new album, Caleb updated their sound to both heavier and more melodic direction. The new Bleak, FIREAL, was born. So far FIREAL has performed as the opening act for the Finnish rock giant HIM at the Helldone Festival 2009 and in Lost in Music Festival, both 2009 and 2010. FIREAL also featured in the Finnish movie Harjunpaa ja Pahan Pappi (The Priest of Evil) in 2010 with the song The Imperia. Now their singles Halo and Breathe have spread around the biggest radio stations in Finland. THE DARK SIDE FIREAL is lead by Caleb, with his amazing pipes and slick tunes. He has primed FIREAL and is ready to serve you with a healthy dose of emotion, excitement, out-of-body experiences and soothing sonic sculptures, delivered by decibels. The mixture that he prescribes and administers to you is a charming sonic potion of The Imperial Rock , a genre of crushing walls of sound, sensitive pop aesthetics and more hooks than on a ten-inch Rapala lure. The upcoming album The Dark Side is a solid manifestation of mundane intervention in divine affairs for you to enjoy, consume and indulge in over and over again. 'The Imperia (Call Me Now)', a dark and majestic song with cryptic lyrics literally represents The Dark Side, whereas straightforward rock songs 'Halo (Hello Beautiful)' and 'Breathe' hit you in the head with fiery energy and simple killer melodies that will occupy your soul for good. FIREAL's music burns with red flames and black shades, leaving no living soul cold, be they even shivering in the pits of Hell or in the blizzards north of the Arctic Circle.

Formed in 2009, FIREAL has already performed as the opening act for the Finnish rock giant HIM at the Helldone Festival, as well as in the upcoming movie Harjunpää ja Pahan Pappi.
Now their first single 'Halo' has spread around the biggest radio stations in Finland.

FIREAL is the new Bleak, best known for their song 'Fate', a collaboration with Ana Johnsson in the Finnish-Chinese movie Jade Warrior. When the lineup broke up in 2009, the creator of their music, singer-songwriter Caleb replaced the old members with new ones and changed their name to FIREAL.

Caleb has updated their outlook and improved their sound to heavier but also more melodic direction. He describes this music as The Imperial Rock.

'THE IMPERIA' also contains music written for Bleak's second album. The familiar logo has given FIREAL its identification - the new lineup picks up where old one left off. Caleb also pays homage to the album '[Burns Inside]' with songs such as 'What You Are', 'Crossword'and 'Silvertigo' – not forgetting 'Fate', a song that became a public favorite in the on-screen golem Jade Warrior. And in the fashion of their former lineup, FIREAL conducted a ritual of sound, light and magic at the Helldone Festival in 2009, opening for the Finnish rock giant HIM.
