About F.I.R.E. - new song GROWN UP world premiere!

FIREARMS THE ARSONIST(EARL B. PHILLIPS) GREW UP IN CHICAGO IN A MUSIC ORIENTATED HOUSEHOLD. HIS FATHER RAISED HIM ON ALL GENRES OF MUSIC INCLUDING JAZZ, ROCK, SOUL, AND HIP HOP. ARSON HAS ALWAYS HAD A LOVE FOR MUSIC. AT THE AGE OF 21, NOW LIVING IN INDIANAPOLIS, ARSON WAS FORCED INTO A FREESTYLE CIPHER(BEFORE HE EVER COULD RAP) AT A RAP BATTLE @ A CLUB CALLED THE "CASBA" AND SHOWED POTENTIAL. IN LESS THAN A WEEK HE SAW HIS POTENTIAL AND BY THE NEXT WEEK HE WAS WINNING BATTLES. ARSON RECORDED AN ALBUM AT HIS HOME AND RELEASED "THE BACKDRAFT MASTERPIECE" AUGUST 12TH, 2005. TO LOCAL HIP-HOP HEADS IT WAS HERALDED A CLASSIC AND ONE OF THE BEST ALBUMS EVER MADE IN THE CITY OF INDIANAPOLIS. BEFORE THE RELEASE OF HIS ALBUM. ARSON BEGAN TO SAMPLE OLD SOUL SONGS TO PRODUCE TRACKS. HE ONLY PRODUCED ONE TRACK ON HIS ALBUM. SOON AFTER THE RELEASE OF THE ALBUM, FIREARMS THE ARSONIST DECIDED TO HANG HIS MIC UP AND PURSUE HIS PRODUCING CAREER. THE LOVE FOR BOTH IS UNDYING, BUT HE CHOSE PRODUCING BECAUSE OF TIME CONSTRAINTS AND THE SOUL INVOLVED IN ARRANGING MUSIC.

THEN, IN 2007...THINGS CHANGED.

FIREARMS WAS REBORN AFTER A TWO YEAR HIATUS, AND HIS PASSION AND DEPTH IS NOW UNDYING. SOON AFTER DECIDING TO PICK THE MIC BACK UP, FIREARMS RECORDED HIS BOASTFUL COME BACK SINGLE "IF YOU DON'T KNOW" AS A RESPONSE TO ALL THOSE ARTIST WHO DISRESPECT TALENT, ONES WHO CAME ON THE SCENE AFTER HIM AS IF THEY WERE THERE BEFORE, AND "NEW RAPPERS" WHOSE HEADS ARE TOO BIG FOR THEIR OWN GOOD. NOW ITS 2009. THE MONIKER/ACRONYM "F.I.R.E." IS THE NEW NAME. "the CURE" IS THE ALBUM. BEAT MAFIA/ZONE OUT IS THE LABEL(S). COME GET A DOSE.
