Fire Dancing:
** I perform semi-professionally with a fire troupe in the SF Bay Area called Fire Arts Collective. I LOVE to play with fire, and I LOVE performing! My troupe is made up of amazing performers and some of my closest friends. Performing takes us places we'd NEVER have gone before and I wouldn't trade the opportunity for anything!
The Freelance Lifestyle:
** I'm a freelance writer and copy editor/proofreader, plus part-time yoga teacher and fire dancing teacher. I worked in high tech as a corporate trainer for five years, but my background is in writing and the music industry. I have many diverse skills and I'm looking to add to them.
Writing Stuff:
** I'm currently shopping around a nonfiction book that I'm writing about fire dancing. I also recently completed a novel that's in the querying stage, and I have a children's book in the works.
Teaching Yoga:
** I completed my yoga teacher training at YogaWorks with the WONDERFUL James Brown ~ I teach private and group lessons in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Teaching Fire Dancing:
** I teach fire dancing, too! My classes include Poi Spinning, Staff Spinning, and Performance Skills classes in the Bay Area.
Tarot Readings:
** Oh yeah, and I also give tarot readings :-) Message me if you're interested - i can do them via email and phone, as well as in person!
