I grew up on Country and Rockabilly and the top 40 with Casey Kasem telling me to keep reaching for the stars.
My sister and I would sit in front of the radio every weekend and record the show on cassette.
I must have worn out several needles on the stereo playing Shaun Cassidy's "Da Do Ron Ron." and drove my mom mad.
I Still love a good Rockabilly song that makes me want to get up and dance and "O'Brother" has just the best sound track.
My taste tends to go with whats popular and in the 90's fell in love with the Alternative sound. I currently like "Killers", "MCR","Fall out Boy", "Presidents of the United States", "Evanescence", "AFI","Blue October", "Death cab for Cutie","Red Hot Chili Peppers","Nine inch nails", "They Might be Giants","Fray". Love "Queens of the Stone Age", "White Stripes", and the "Raconteurs".

Why o why did they take away my Carnivale!
I always enjoyed X-Files, and really liked Northern Exposure when it was new. Now I watch, when I set a chance, Mythbusters, King of the Hill, Ghost Hunters, Survivorman, Taboo, Miami Ink, I think Gene Simmons, family jewels is hilarious and really think that Nick makes the show, he seems to his moms sense of humor and I also like watching the show Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe, and I think that is mostly because Mike is a sexy dirty minded man.
Books
Used to read a lot of Fantasy and Sci-Fi, Really enjoyed Harry Harrison's "Stainless Steel Rat" books, "Chronicils of Amber", and the "Dragon Riders of Pern' books.
Now I'm completely into cyberpunk, Loved "Pattern Recognition" by William Gibson. Neal Stephenson is great could not believe how good "The Diamond Age" was. Just recently started reading Neil Gaiman books, love them now and Christopher Moore is hilarious.
I enjoy reading these Mags: Fortean Times and Bizare, both are British publications.
I'm a Visual Effects Artist a mom of two great guys and hopefully considered by many to be a good friend.
I love being surrounded by the energy created by being with friends and family. I create my own energy when none other is around.
I'm scattered and a procrastinator, but love to laugh and can make fun of myself, the most useful gift that I have received has to be my GPS system, I'm was always getting lost, I may still be lost but can always make my way back home now.

All is golden here, The house is about 90% complete we moved in over thanksgiving holiday. The master bedroom and bathroom and some trim is all that needs to be finished. Christmas with the 2 year old was wonderful She really got into the whole santa clause mystery. And for a week after, we were still leaving milk and cookies out for santa, just in case he decided to stop in. Horses are all golden, we have sold all but 1 foal from last year, and we only have one mare foaling this year. My 16 year old doesn't talk to me anymore, I can't figure it out. But anyway, other than that life is golden.
