FireSteel was formed in August 2002 by Ryan Blanchet in Coyoacàn (at the south of Mexico City), on June 13th 2004 it was released its 1st single "DECEMBER WINDS" bringing to the band instant success.
This album was broadcasted in Mexico city (AM frequency) and other countries like: El Salvador, Ecuador, and Sweden (in the musical store MUG).
FireSteel started the promotion of this cd in late 2004, early 2005 in the local circuit of Metal bars in the Mexican underground Metal Scene with success.
On September 15th 2005 the 2d album of FireSteel was released "ACOUSTIC CLONES" FireSteel..s 2nd cd is an acoustic live show given by FireSteel for the radio station "Riff 111" such album since its 1st day released achieved big sales to the band and FireSteel..s agenda increased inch by inch also this cd brought to FireSteel new fans out of the Mexican (and other countries) Metal Scene.
Meanwhile on September 2005 FireSteel recorded its 3rd album called "BREAKING THE GLASS" which one hit the stores on November 29th 2005.
FireSteel..s 3rd cd is the one with the biggest production and promotion to the band until nowdays. Letting them conquer all the Metal Scene in Mexico city bringing them new fans and live shows inside Mexican country side.
Also this album took the band to their European promotional tour "BREAKING THE ACT 2006" on May 25th 2006 - July 10th 2006 in SCANDINAVIA (Sweden and Denmark) and the "BREAKING THE GLASS" album was distributed in Europe by the Sweden stores "SKIVLAGRET" and the band promoted its 3rd cd in the Sweden Rock Festival 2006.
After this tour, as a tribute and humble reminder of his warm and loving Swedish fans Ryan used to carry a SVENKA FLAG.
With this album the band released their official site: www.firesteel.com.mx on September 22nd 2006 releasing simultanously the second single of this album the power ballad "IF I KNEW...." .(this song is the 1 that you can see live in this site) BREAKING THE GLASS also open the doors to the band to Mexican TV in January 2007 and let them enter to Mexican comercial radio (FM frequency) with their 3rd single "BLACK SHADE" on February 2007.
This album also brought to FireSteel after 5 years of harsh work the status to play on October 26th 2007 in "El Circo Volador" = concert hall (Temple of Heavy Metal Music , world wide in Mexico City) and constant live shows air promotion in the Mexican Metal radio program "SANGRIENTO" FM frequency.
On June 11th 2007 FireSteel created its myspace site: www.myspace.com/firesteelmexico and ended the promotion of its successful and controversial 3rd cd "BREAKING THE GLASS"
The band wrote 5 new songs besides the conceptual ones.
One of these new songs "THE TRUTH IN LIFE" was played in its past performance in the Heavy Metal bar "Bulldozer" in Nezahualcoyotl City (State of Mexico) on July 21st 2007 , gaining once again the full attention of their loving audience.
Ryan Blanchet has started as Heavy Metal events promoter (BLANCHET PRODUCTIONS) producing and creating events called "UNIDOS POR EL FUEGO" (UNITED BY FIRE).
"UNIDOS POR EL FUEGO" is the union of Metal bands headlined by FireSteel to help all the people that has suffered for natural disasters.
The 1st "UNIDOS POR EL FUEGO" was held in the Metal bar "SUBTERRANEAN 666" on November 9th 2007 in Mexico City to help Peruan people because of their earthquake in August 2007.
The big amount of supplies collected in the 1st "UNIDOS POR EL FUEGO" let Ryan to split the help and send supplies to Tabasco too (State of Mexico that suffered for a huge flood in 2007 too)
it was time to FireSteel to show to their fans their unique and actual sound so on August 7th 2008, FireSteel released their 4th cd "HEART" and the band started the promotion of its 4th album "Heart2Hand Tour" during this promotion the band members started to fight between them so Ryan had to kicked them out of the band.
FireSteel new album "HEART" once again was broadcasted on the Mexican comercial radio, on the radio program "Tolerancia Zero" , on January 14th 2009 , broadcasting our new song "UCERTAIN" that has let grow successfuly the band..s name with the audience , meanwhile FireSteel name grow in a comercial sense Ryan Blanchet the leader of the band is nowdays looking for new , better and friendly musicians capable to adapt to FireSteel world and continue with the "Heart2Hand promotion" promotion which includes Heavy Metal FireSteel performances and Acoustic shows in order to play live FireSteel new ballad "Heart".

FireSteel fue creado por Ryan Blanchet en Agosto del 2002, en Coyoacán (al sur de la Ciudad de México). El 13 de junio del 2004 se lanzó su primer sencillo discográfico "DECEMBER WINDS" trayéndole a la banda un instantáneo éxito.
Este álbum fue transmitido en la Ciudad de México (Frecuencia AM) y en otros países como Ecuador, El Salvador y en las tiendas musicales MUG de Suecia.
FireSteel comenzó la promoción de este álbum a finales del 2004 y principios del 2005 en el circuito local de bares de la escena de música de metal mexicana con éxito.
El 15 de Septiembre del 2005 se lanzó el segundo disco de FireSteel "ACOUSTIC CLONES". El segundo álbum de la banda es un show acústico dado por FireSteel para la estación de radio "Riff 111". Este álbum también contiene una entrevista con la banda.
Este álbum desde el primer día de su lanzamiento alcanzó grandes ventas para la banda, incrementando la agenda de FireSteel y atrayendo nuevos fans a FireSteel ajenos a la escena metalera.
Mientras tanto FireSteel en el mismo mes de Septiembre del 2005, entró a grabar su tercer álbum "BREAKING THE GLASS" el cual salió a la venta el 29 de Noviembre de 2005.
El tercer cd de FireSteel ha sido el de mayor producción y difusión para la banda hasta estos días.
Permitiéndoles conquistar toda la escena metalera mexicana y sumándoles fans en sus presentaciones en la República Mexicana, resaltando su bello público de Querétaro el 26 de Octubre del 2006.
Inclusive este álbum llevó a la banda a su gira promocional Europea "Breaking the act 2006) del 25 de Mayo del 2006 al 10 de Julio del 2006 en Scandinavia (Suecia y Dinamarca) y el disco "BREAKING THE GLASS" fue distribuido en Europa por la tienda de discos sueca Skivlagret y la banda promocionó este álbum en el Sweden Rock Festival 2006.
Ryan a partir de la gira de FireSteel en Scandinavia y agradecido con su cariñoso público de Suecia, portó una bandera Sueca como tributo y recuerdo del éxito de FireSteel en Suecia.
Con este álbum la banda realizó su sitio oficial: www.firesteel.com.mx el 22 de Septiembre del 2006 simultáneamente, con el segundo sencillo de este disco la power ballad "IF I NEW....". BREAKING THE GLASS también le abrió las puertas a la banda a la televisión Mexicana en Enero del 2007 y les permitió entrar a la radio comercial Mexicana (Frecuencia FM) con el tercer sencillo de la banda la canción "BLACK SHADE" en Febrero del 2007.
El trabajo en equipo y el serio compromiso de los integrantes de FireSteel y su entrega a la promoción de su tercer cd, le trajó a FireSteel después de 5 sños de arduo trabsjo el estatus para tocar el 26 de Octubre del 2007 en el Circo Volador (templo de conciertos de metal a nivel internacional en la Ciudad de México) y la constante promoción de radio de sus conciertos en el programa de metal de la Ciudad de México "Sangriento" Frecuencia FM.

Y en este mismo año FireSteel termino la promoción de su tan controversial y exitoso tercer álbum "BREAKING THE GLASS" durante ese tiempo FireSteel creo 5 nuevos temas de este nuevo material estrenaron su nueva canción "THE TRUTH IN LIFE" en su pasada presentación en el Bar de Metal Bulldozer en Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl (Estado de México) el pasado 21 de Julio del 2007, ganándose una vez más la total aceptación de su cariñoso público.
Ryan Blanchet se ha iniciado como promotor de eventos de Heavy Metal (BLANCHET PRODUCTIONS), produciendo y creando un concepto llamado "UNIDOS POR EL FUEGO".
"UNIDOS POR EL FUEGO" es la unión de varias bandas de metal encabezadas por FireSteel, para ayudar a toda la gente que ha sufrido a causa de desastres naturales.
El primer "UNIDOS POR EL FUEGO" se llevó a cabo en la Ciudad de México el 9 de Noviembre del 2007 en el Bar de Metal Subterranean 666, para ayudar a la gente de Perú, que sucumbió por un temblor ocurrido el 15 de Agosto del 2007.
La gran cantidad de víveres recaudados en el primer "UNIDOS POR EL FUEGO" le permitió a Ryan dividir la ayuda y mandar también víveres a Tabasco (Estado de la República Mexicana que también sufrió inundación en el 2007). Era hora de que FireSteel le mostrará a sus fans su actual y único sonido, por lo que el 7 de Agosto del 2008, FireSteel lanzó su cuarto álbum "HEART"
