About April Brucker:
"When you hear police sirens in your neighborhood you know this woman has just ended a relationship. Ladies and gentlemen, the Superfox of Standup herself, April Brucker."
April is a skilled standup comedienne who has appeared in clubs all over New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut, PA, as well as in the midwest. April has also appeared internationally in Toronto, Canada. She has film, tv, stage, radio, and club credits in 36 states, 6 countries, and the world wide web.
In April's standup she talks about the ex boyfriend who stalked her after the break up, how men are crazy all over the world, her crazy family, and being crazy in general. A female comedian who is anti-PC, she can kick Lisa Lampenelli's fat ass and hand it to her. April is honest with everyone cause in the words of the petite dynamo herself, "It is what it is."
What sets April apart from other female comedians besides being funny is that she is a skilled puppeteer. May, the star of April's club act, is the nymphomaniac blonde puppet to the exasperated April. This past March May was interviewed by Bill Bellamy for LCS 5. She often tells April she doesnt know how to please a man and shows her how onstage. Shanniqua Foniqqua Fanna Fanna Foniquiwa Parker, an African American puppet, also gives April love advice based on her misadventures with her man Tyrone. And then there is Ruby Chappeau, who acts as a fairy godmother and tells April that she needs to straighten up. April and Ruby Chappeau have been seen at the Scarlet Minx Red Hat Chapter, the largest group in the region.
In addition, April has hosted Storytime With April and Friends. Costarring with puppets Sweetie Pie (absent minded clown puppet), Chef Cinnamon Toast (Chef Who puts cinnamon on everything), Ham Piglet (Shakespearian actor with stage fright), and Mr Fox (Fox who is always hungry) they bring the written word to children world wide. The program has been featured in the NY TV Guide.
But April has also used her talents for outreach with such groups as Altzheimers patients and autistic children. Both have gotten her nominated for both Citizen of the Year and Unsung Hero in her native Pittsburgh.
As an actress April has worked extensivly. Graduating from NYU with a BFA in theatre April has studied at the legendary Lee Strasberg Institute. New York City Stage Credits include Wiseacre Farm with 13th Street Rep, Scan 48 at NYU as well as several holiday variety shows. April has also been in several indie films. The Chairman, an experiemental film, made festivals throughout Europe. As well, she has been in several award winning comedy shorts. Aside from just being an actress April is a skilled impersonator. Impersonations include Marilyn Monroe, Mae West, Lucille Ball, Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, and many others upon request. As well, April has also worked as a Billie Holiday voice impersonator.
But April is also a skilled writer having over 200 articles published and winning numerous Quill and Scroll as well as Golden Quill Awards.
Origionally from Pittsburgh, PA, when April is not performing she is excercising or talking to her mother and best friend Anne.

Fans of April Brucker who are dedicated to following the career of a talented young woman. This is a place where they can talk about any shows, movies, or broadcastings of April they have heard. As well, this is a place to share news and thoughts. And yes, if April sucked you can say it. It is what it is.
But this is a special note: The First Church of the Superfox is different from the Church of the Superfox. The Church of the Superfox was established by April's emotionally abusive and manipulative ex boyfriend who sought to publically defame the beloved Superfox. Due to other infractions said individuals activities were stopped. As usual, April smiled in the face of adversity not only emerging the better person but the better entertainer.
