OPENING RECEPTION - SATURDAY, JUNE 14th., 2008, from 7-9 pm
Gallery will open for Long Beach Art Walk that Saturday.
Long Beach, CA – C1D Gallery & Artdecollectors Contemporary Art Gallery announce the opening of the new exhibit “TRIALOGUE: Experiments,Explorations,Excavations”
An opening reception will be held on Saturday, JUNE 14thTH, 2008, from 7:00PM to 11:00PM featuring original artworks by Marisa Caichiolo (Argentina), Mary Donald(USA), and Polina Perl(Latvia).
The exhibit will run from JUNE 14th through JUNE 30th. 2008.
C1D Gallery is located in the center of the East Art Village, 441 East First St. (Second Floor) Long Beach, California and will be part of the Long Beach Art .The concept for this exhibition, Trialogue, emerged after informal conversations between the artists stirred a curiosity about their different approaches to the creative process. While their artistic sensibilities and explorations converge at random points, Caichiolo (Painter/Installations), Donald (Jeweler/Sculptor) and Perl (Ceramic) agreed that a focus on their differences rather than similarities would create a dynamic interplay of ideas, image/object and use of materials and techniques.
