Music was my first love
My first serious contact with music was in the late sixties, when I was about 13 years old. Bands like "The Who", "CCR" "Cream" and many others shaped and influenced these first years.
After this time of orientation, I discovered my heart for the blues. Especially for the "white" blues, played by giants like "Eric Clapton", "Stevie Ray Vaughan" or "John Mayall". This preference kept until today.
For about 10 years now I have had a passion. Inspired by ladies like "Eva Cassidy", "Mary Black" or "Linda Ronstadt" I have learned to love female voices. And what could be better than myspace to look again and again for new voices?
Consequently all my more than 4.000 myspace-friends are ladies, blessed with great voices. Ladies from all over the world.
And I will support them as much as possible. But 24 Top-friends out of 4.000 are far too few. And so I created my personal TOP10 for the following genres:
You may ask you "where are the super-stars and the outstanding voices of the world?" I think they don't need any support and so they are noncompetitive for my TOP10. I appreciate this awesome ladies in the following slide-show.

Pour la 6ème édition du Festival Country de Gramat, le programme de ces 3 journées de fêtes regroupe toutes les manifestations sur le site de la Garenne : stages de danse country, expositions de voitures et motos américaines, concerts de musique, épreuves d’équitation western, présentations amérindiennes (avec tipis, amérindiens et westerner’s), expositions artisanales et jeux pour les enfants. Comme les années précédentes, ambiance Far-West assurée pour les petits comme pour les grands ! L’animation de la ville ne sera pas oubliée avec la traditionnelle parade des cavaliers, des motos, des danseurs, des chevaux… à travers les rues de Gramat. En 2009, la programmation musicale du Festival est composée de groupes de renommée internationale avec une « pointure » française en tête d’affiche : MICHAEL JONES le dimanche 26 juillet au soir.
