Sounds Like
"Fisheye have a way with melody, and a splendid selection of perky pop songs. It's not every band that manages to sound like they're sometimes covering Guy Clark (Old Friends and Cigarettes) and other times doing an acoustic guitar version of 90s indie-pop adventurers Luna. ..." Lynne Pettinger - AmericanaUK
"Fisheye’s specialty is plunky, upbeat, acousticky singer-songwriter-type stuff with harmonies and such. Bigger Than Your Head is their generous 15-song album." Jeff Clark - Stomp and Stammer
Fisheye is greater than the sum of it's parts. Brian's got a good voice. Jason's got a good hand with guitar and mandolin. Andy's got a good ear for harmony. And Doug keeps a good beat. Stir in the work of three prolific songwriters in Brian, Andy, and Jason. Add some practice, luck, and special sauce and there you have the basis of Fisheye.
Jason hails from Nottingham, UK and was part of a pop-rock band called The Essentials in the late '80s. After moving to Atlanta, GA in the early '90s he hooked up with Brian to form a folk-rock group called The Diamond Geezers. Following several dormant years, their musical yearnings were reinspired by Three Mile Island wings, copious amounts of alcohol and Andy, pretty much in that order - Fisheye was born. Shortly before the band's first birthday, Doug was welcomed into the Fisheye fold following his own personal musical hiatus, having been involved in several bands in the San Diego, CA area in the mid '90s.
Fisheye's first CD "Bigger than Your Head" is available at CD Baby
Brian is now officially a singer/bass player/metal detector. Thanks for the entertainment as well as the help finding my keys! Next time I lose them, I'm just gonna ask myself "Now, what would Brian do?"

Good show chaps! Keep the tunes coming. The red light gig was fantastic. I took an informal poll and 7 out of the 12 or so women there were actually swooning. Magical.
