are famous for the energy, excitement and supercharged ensemble work as the band plug into the vibe of R&B legends Ray Charles, Louis Jordan, Big Joe Turner and Louis Prima, hepcats Duke Ellington and Cab Calloway, groovy guru Georgie Fame and of course The Godfather of Soul, James Brown.
FISH FRY are featured regularly at music festivals and private functions throughout the state and have previously
shared the stage with legendary artists Shirley Bassey, Michael Crawford, Renee Geyer, James Morrison and Don Burrows. Australian acting great Jack Thompson has even joined the band for a few choruses on harmonica. Fish Fry opened the latest NBN telethon with an electric live to air performance and routinely appear at the Hunter Vineyard..s many music festivals including Jazz in the Vines, The Lovedale Long Lunch and Seafood and Semillon.
