About fishing for the moon

I grew up in Bradford, Yorkshire, England and learnt music playing in brass bands. Later discovered Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, blues and jazz and took up saxophone. Now based in Bristol where I earn a living and have a lot of fun teaching sax, flute and clarinet. I've played in loads of bands over the years but most famous moment was playing on Roni Size's Mercury prize winning album, "New Forms". Roni said about my sax: "He's wicked. He's so mellow.He's got soul. So many sax players make it sound really clinical. But he makes it human, y'know?"
