Fish the Cat Records began in 1994 by Lesli Wood, Matt Menovcik, and one Fishy T. Cat in Detroit, Michigan. Since relocating to Seattle in 1997, the label has continued to release albums by a wide variety of artists. Forthcoming releases in 2006 include distribution for Spanish for 100 "Metric" ep, Argo, Bre Loughlin, and the debut release by Rope Inc., the exciting new collaboration featuring Kramer.
The 6th Annual Fish The Cat Records Holiday Show raised over $1000 all benefitting Toys for Tots. Also - Peg's neice was there raising awareness for her AIDS orginazation. She is raising$46,000 for hospital care in Ghana. Read more about her at seattlepi.nwsource.com
