-Elite Personal Training -Athlete Performance / Sport Specific Training -One-On-One / Small Groups Fit Life 1 was created to bring out the athlete in all of us and to help people reach their health and fitness goals. Whether you want to get healthy by engaging in a diet and exercise program, or you are an athlete looking to take your body and your sport to a whole new level, we are here to make sure that all your goals are reached. You have the hardest job, and that's making the decision to do something about your current situation; to make a change to realize your dreams! Our job is to use our professional training knowledge and understanding of the many obstacles, physically and mentally, that keeps you from that dream, and helps you navigate them so you end up exceeding your goals. Our methods of training are as far from the Old School Training methods as you can be. We pride ourselves on making each workout different from the last and consist of as many domains of fitness as possible. Those domains are: Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

    TEMECULA EXTREME BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE How Fit Are You?!! See For Yourself.. Take The Challenge!! Come and see what you are made of and what "Extreme Boot Camp Challenge" is all about!! Most Camps in the Temecula area are for Women Only and are highly watered down! We do not sugar coat our classes; they are probably the hardest classes you will ever take, but who ever said that getting into the best shape of your life is easy! We combine all facets of fitness into one workout; Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. To do this we step out of the small, cramped facilities offering minimal room to workout and take to the open air. We utilize every bit of a large Sports Park in order to make our workouts as dynamic as possible. Sure you have to battle the elements of weather and unpredictable events, but isn't that Life?!! It will only make you tougher and better able to handle Life's challenges!! No treadmill workouts here people! Come prepared for an intense 75-90 Minute workout that will leave you drained but extremely proud of yourself. When most people are waking up and watching T.V., drinking their morning coffee or just sitting around the house, you will have already been thru one of the most intense workouts out there and burnt more than 1000 calories. If you add this class to your current training regiment, you can expect to Bust Through any Plateau that's been haunting you, Increased Energy Levels, More Defined Muscles, Increased Flexibility, Decreased Body Fat and Weight loss if desired, Improved Balance and Coordination, Stronger Core Muscles, Reduced Stress and Anxiety and a huge Boost in Self Confidence. Don’t be afraid, we are not a typical Boot Camp; we do not chant, yell and sing old marine hymns. We are just dedicated to taking people to fitness levels they never thought possible!! Many people who take our class thought they were in shape and fit!! Then they realized that they were leaving a lot on the table. Come step out of your comfort zone and see what you are made of. You will see yourself get very fit really fast!! Guaranteed!! Here are some examples of the drills we will be doing in class: Strength & Power Training Using Body Weight and Dumbbells Speed, Agility & Quickness Drills Environmental Awareness Plyometrics Drills Calisthenics and Military Style Exercises Cardiovascular and Muscle Endurance Total Core Training Joint Integrity Balance & Stabilization Kickboxing Stair climbing Jumping Rope Hand-Eye Coordination and Reaction Drills Flexibility Ages: Teen - Adult As part of our Training Program, we like to objectively measure your results. All clients can receive optional monthly testing at our gym facility in Harveston for just $5: 1) Weight and Body Fat Testing 2) Body Composition (Full Body Measurements) 3) Review of your Calorie Intake Journal and Discuss any Questions/Concerns This is optional and you would need to call Kelly or Gordon to schedule your time to be tested.

We work with athletes from ages 12 on up through Adult and have many options to train either privately or in small groups. Many High School Athletes these days are specializing, meaning they are dialing in on one sport and becoming proficient at it. Very different from the past where athletes participated in a different sport each season. Athletes are playing their High School season and then going right into playing for their Club or Travel teams. In many ways this is great because they are becoming highly skilled in a specific sport and many kids are more than ever getting picked up quickly by colleges for scholarships. The price many of these kids pay though is the lack of cross training and being athletic. They become amazing Sport Specific Athletes, but aren't very Athletic. Being Athletic helps you improve in your sport of choice, you are less likely to be injured, when everyone else is pooping out, your still rocking, and most of all, you will stand out like a sore thumb amongst your peers.     Gordon and Kelly Kent have been in the Health and Fitness Industry for a combined 20+ years in one-on-one, group training and Athlete Performance. Gordon received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of California Santa Cruz. Gordon and Kelly both hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Strength and Conditioning. Gordon is also an Emergency Medical Technician and he and Kelly are certified in Advanced CPR and First Aid, and an Automated External Defibrillator is always on hand for those unlikely emergencies. Gordon and Kelly train just as hard as they train their clients. They take turns training each other. They say it keeps their workouts entertaining. They truly believe that working out needs to be fun or it just won’t happen. Fit Life 1 and Raw Athlete Development have the sole mission of bettering people’s lives through fitness.
