Me? I am a student; so I study and workout most of the time. I look for balance in my life. And heck yes, I am so into fitness and healthy life.
I am training a group of people over the internet. Hey, why don't you join my team?
I will put you on a training program which will consist of a healthy nutrition diet, daily fitness workouts and sports supplements.
Personally, I workout at home, save gym membership, time, round trip.. I just have a couple of critical equipment and I may guide you, too.
If you like going to a gym, no problem, but I may ask you to do some stuff at home, too.

..P90X:.. Maybe you have heard of P90X. This is one of the components I use in my fitness. It is extreme fitness. Tried it already? What is your level? Rome was not built in a day. I will put you on a personally customized program. One thing for sure though, you will work hard. I began athletics in 1994, since then did not come across something that gets you fit effortless.
In a nut shell, the ultimate fitness regimen I follow is based on muscle confusion, variety of activities and efficient training. I like the below P90X intro videos..

I have put together some tips, good ideas, practical solutions to some common problems to support the holy P90X program. We experienced improved results. I'm not talking about progress in % terms here, I'm talking about mind blowing, off the charts, out of th roof results.

The Proof: Other example transformation pics FOCUS ON CORE: It is in fact the core region that defines how fit a person is. It's the basis, the foundation.. A good core definition gets the top score, all the time. Never fails.
Lots of guys spend time in the gym in front of a mirror doing curls, or bench press. A lot of girls spend hours on cardio machines, and do some legs.. So, it seems the workouts miss the basic point..

NOTE: By the way welcome to my livingroom! :) In the beginning, I wasn't able to do these exercises. I took breaks, went until "my limit" of exhaustion, and ultimately catch up with the crews on dvd. Do not get discouraged, in time you'll catch up, too. The secret weapon is consistency, working out regularly. Works Wonders! Still I am licking the carpets, but I say "get up, doruk. GET-UP"...
The below video shows part of a Kenpo/Cardio workout. It's an intact routine that makes you jump around, punch and kick and sweat.
Caution: Causes slippery floors, steamed windows and a lot of fun.

Intensity brings Progress:
This is one of the main pillars of the program. If you happen to have sports background, you may know about it, but most people are not aware. I was told that watching below videos helped a lot. Try to see what I mean by intensity..
What it is? If I am gonna do an 8, I'm already tired at 4, breaths, then 2 more, breaths and then 2 more. This is the definition of working hard. What it is not? If you can go all the way thru so smoothly, calm, almost smiling, without pushing yourself, without that fear/hesitation of whether you gonna reach your number then it will not happen, my friend, you are wasting your time...
Let's look @ what I did..
Below videos are from the same workout, Back and Biceps. Notice the increase in the weights I use over time:
1) Feb27, 2008. 2)May21,2008. 3)Sept10,2008. 4)Nov24,2008.
If you compare the 1st video and the end of 4th, there is a clear 10 lbs increase in the weights I have used.
Consider I'm exhausted at the end of a 24 sets..
I rest my case : ) (btw, this is last time you hear the word rest from me:) )

What is the "Definition of Fit"?
Fit means having a muscle definition, maybe 6 packs. A fit person would not be bulky, but low bodyfat% and athletic, quick, flexible, agile. Simple as that. Definition of fat may vary person to person; "all my friends say I am very hot" may say a girl with 30% bodyfat, but you won't hear that girl using "fit" in that sentence, ever. So you want to get fit!
What is the mystery behind 6-packs?
If you work your abs 2-3 times a week and if your bodyfat is below 10%, then you will have 6 packs. There is no mystery about it..
If it is not that hard why is it hard??
It is not hard, it is just noone tells us the whole package. Diet companies favor just diet, fitness sector prioritizes working out, and pharmaceutical sector favors some pills and supplements. Which of the above have you tried?
..RESULTS PACKAGE:.. Why not all of them at the same time?
Very basic logic. You pull the trigger, I will make the plan for you and all you have to do is keep your head down and just follow the game plan like a soldier.

I workout at home. Below are some of the equipment I have tested and seem to be best value for your dollar.

1...Dumbells..: I recommend adjustable dumbells. This is like abunch of weights take up the space of a just one dumbell set, but you can adjust the load so can access a set various dumbells. Below link will take you the Best $ value set. It has 10 year waranty. Girls can buy the cheapest one (on left), guys can buy the second one (on right). I won $10k without using anything above 50lbs, and still the heaviest I have is that. No need to bulk up!

2...Pullup bar..: I recommend P90X pullup bar. You can put this on your door, it hangs by the borders of the doorframe, does not harm the door, and after the workout you can take it out in a second. Click the below banner, then goto Store > Accesories > P90X Chinup Bar.
Also, it is very normal if you do not have the strength to do 3-5 unassisted clean pullups. Then I would recommend you to use the below two band equipments for now. Click the below banner, then goto Store > Accesories > Blines band upgrade kit, and also >Blines Resistance Band Black.

3...Pushup bars:.. After years of rowing, I have strong wrists, and I didn't use these during my p90x round. However, I would recommend to protect your wrists considering the laptop/mouse times wrists are subject to, we will do a lot of pushups.. Besides, after my P90X round, I realized that pushup bars increase the intensity so I switched. I tried what's on the market. Below Powerstands are the best design so far. 4...Yoga Mat..: You want to prefer a little thicker yoga mats rather than the very thin ones. As you lose weights your bones stick out the thin ones may not give the cushioning you need.
