Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, 5ft aka General Feva began pursuing a career as a recording artist when he moved to Bushwick Brooklyn. There he met Evil-D at Bushwick High School, and from there they built a strong bond being that they both shared the same desire and love for music. It was then he met Buckshot and bought him over to Evil-D's house and from that came the birth of BLACK MOON .
Birthed in an era when hip-hop was at its golden peek of great music and hot lyrics, 5ft aka General Feva has made a strong impact upon the community on a global level blessing the world with his strong delivery and high energy whether in the booth or on stage. Along with Black Moon he has been able to be labeled a legend and classic artist in its own right. On the first Black Moon LP, Enta Da Stage, he was able to introduce himself to the world which bought some light back to Brooklyn, and this album sold over 400,000 copies. After fallout with the record label Nervous Records a gap was bridged between the group and the industry.
Recovering on the follow up album, WARZONE put out by Priority Records he was able to show the world he still had what it takes to maintain his position in the industry as an artist collaborating with hard hitting Brooklyn natives M.O.P on the title track Annihilation, giving the people a little more of himself and his talents.
On the 3rd Album, Total Eclipse, 5ft truly showed growth and development as an artist. Despite the time frame and gaps between projects it was obvious that he has what it takes to be truly a successful artist in the music industry.
In between projects he has worked with such artist as Finsta & Bundy, Sean Price, and General Steele as well as worked with his new group Militnt Mindz prepping to finally launch off his solo debut.
5ft aka General Feva is about to show the world why he deserves the props and support he has earned within the hip-hop community bringing that fire and hunger that has satisfied the many fans who are still requesting his presence.
