About me:

WHO WE ARE:
Our company was created solely for our “localized vision” of the ever growing sport of downhill skateboarding. The popularity of the sport especially in the northwest region has pushed us to form our company we have called “five mile longboards.” Named after the locally known “Five Mile Drive;” what was one of the first infamous longboarding locations of the Puget Sound area. Five Mile Longboards was founded by Cody Shea in 2007. The company was reimagined in the beginning of 2008 with the addition of Dan Kasmar running the company beside him. Since that partnership much has happened and we are prepaired to show the world our concepts and board designs. We have released our products under a high demand and curiosity of our community, which we have accomplished with over three years of testing and promoting. With the ideas of our products backed by skateboard enthusiasts and local businesses covering the region, we are preparing for nothing less than leaving our own personalized mark on the world wide downhill skateboarding industry.
