"Shutdown'...Fantastic! One of the best tracks I've heard."
"Perfect'...Outstanding nuf said!"
"Silence'...Strong instrumental intro, Franz Ferdinand-like, a great song."
---Billboard
Here's the first video we ever made...Shutdown
"4 Stars Holy Shit, the train from the 80s just pulled in again. Except this time it's some rock in the vein of Echo and the Bunnymen with some cheesier Flock of Seagulls synthesizer stuff thrown in for Molly Ringwald's approval. I like this. Solid from start to finish."
---Origivation Magazine
7 out of 10...With "Stuck Between These Lines" you can do a time-voyage to the eighties and with that attractive mixture of alternative, gothic, rock and lots of pop with even a small dose of punk-influences not only a voyage between the times but also between musical dimensions.

Forget The Strokes! Screw Interpol!
Not to suck anyone's dick but you should all check out this band from New York called Five Star Dive. Two of their biggest influences is The Smiths and Joy Division. And unlike frikkin' Interpol, their lead singer doesn't try to sound like Ian Curtis! Killer dude!

"Before we Manage to take over the world, We are Going to have a little Fun Listening to a lot of Great Music. Like tonight. The caliber of the Local stuff is Almost surpassing the Mainstream...
FIVE STAR DIVE is Goth? That’s what the Reviews say. Possibly from the dark Lyrics, but the Music is Pure Hard Indie. Some of the songs have Those four letter words that you wouldn’t Want sensitive Ears listening to, but They are well-placed four-letter words. And the music’s the thing."

I have been writing on my body since day 1 of me playing and writing music...it started out where I wrote song lyrics on my arm, anyway I'm SO SICK of seeing other idiots copying this and it's always the lame ass words on the knuckle/finger...write this on your hand so when the camera takes a pic of you placing your hands together it reads "I Suck Ass"
"A Fighter's Heart" was done on random days on a mac computer in my basement. Again the record is mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side...
The first single from the collection of songs will be out soon on I-Tunes (as soon as the song is up I'll post a link...to get the lyrics to the first single take a look at the blog section, where you can also see the video...the video was done for fun who really watches video's these days? anyway the song on the video is a different version than the actual cd version...so if you like the quality of that your gonna love the actual cd.
The first record "Stuck Between These Lines" was Produced by Tim "rumblefish" Gilles (Thursday, Taking Back Sunday) at Big Blue Meenie, Scott Kahn at House On The Hill and mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side (Brand New, Alakaline Trio)
