Okay, I know my bio is in 2nd person format, but I would like to say that I am truly grateful for all of the support I have received here at myspace.
When people email me and ask me when I am going to tour in their town or country, I always reply "I don't know, I don't have a manager or label". I would love nothing more than to hop on a tour bus or plane and come play in your town. Ya know, without representation, or backing or a sponsor, it's just impossible at this point.

Reading, PA born Greg Reiter has devoted over 35 years to mastering the guitar. His adventure in music has taken him around the world. Greg has devoted himself exclusively to Flamenco/Classical Guitar. His influences include Paco de Lucia, Manolo Sanlucar, and many others. Greg released his first flamenco-inspired CD, Fireflies , in 1996. When asked about this particular form, he says "Flamenco guitar is a form that I believe to be the most to powerful to convey emotions."
Greg's newest CD, Sedona Sun , is a fusion of classical guitar with jazz and flamenco technique. From the subtle textures of Positano to the mesmerizing sound of Kalahari , his music sweeps you away into an alternate time and place. Greg explains, "When I write my compositions, I have the need to not only express myself and the mood of the song, but to travel. I close my eyes, and picture myself in a beautiful place visualizing my surroundings. Music to me is both a state of mind as well as a feeling deep inside my heart."
His compositions attracted the attention of a top Hollywood entertainment firm, who paired him with Heart's Roger Fisher. The duo worked on the soundtrack for The Big Cat Encounter , a documentary produced for the Big Cat Habitat. Another of Greg's compositions, Thunderbird , was considered for the major motion picture Contact , starring Jodie Foster.
Greg's most notable performances include concerts at The Yavapai Performance Hall ( Arizona ); The Presidential Yacht ( Washington DC ); the Latin American Embassies ( Washington DC ) and the Loews Miami Beach Hotel ( South Beach , FL ). His recent performances include opening acts for Barbara McNair and the Manhattan Rhythm Kings.

Wow, thanks for replying. I am entranced by your talent as a guitarist. The transition from metal band to flamenco glory to me is awe inspiring. Quite a road. We may have to meet one day to mesh ideas. Here is a sloppy first run of "Death Metal Unplugged"
