Apart from music it is art and literature. I..m a big SciFi fan and I..m also into classics from french or english authors. A good crime novel is a good read as well.

I came to music by listening to the Beatles as a young child. I also liked CCR. The next step were the Yardbirds,the Animals, Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck and John Mayall. Till now I like many kinds of music especially alll the 60..s stuff but prefer the blues.

... and now to something completely different... here are some facts about me :
I was born in a german town called Braunschweig which is near to Hannover. Hamburg 200 kilometer to the north and Berlin 200 kilometer to the east. I was into music from an early age on and studied piano for ten years. Then I became a drummer for 8 years, before being a guitarist. I..ve played in several regional bands and teached music (piano, keyboard,bass, guitar and drums) for many years. A few years ago I fell in love with the blues - which was the 1st music I played in bands way back as a drummer. I..m very proud to say that I..m, although a very small one, part of the London blues jam scene where I travel regularly with my wife who is a drummer and painter. We play together in two bands as well. See some of her paintings below:
