Sunday will see "The Sista Sessions" come to life - this is an open mic event and a chance to showcase your talent.. we had a great jam session last year and hope we have a crowd who would like to stay on for the S.S!

Please prepay your tickers asap - time is running short - at this stage just over a month to go!!! We need rsvps and numbers so we can provide all you party goers with adequate amenities - and so the Hospital Auxillary can cook up enough tasty treats for you all to purchase!!!
About me: DEBORAH CONWAY was the main act at last years fabulous party, and it went off !!! This year is already in planning mode with Women In Docs, and a plethora of other local acts,Zia,Kristy Apps, Cockfighter, Tricky Boom Bang, Terry Fitzgerald, Shoshanna Beck and L.S.G on board !!! The party is held on acreage in Esk with live music starting at 4pm. Gates open at 9am.
2008 party is close to a full moon, so it will be a bit lighter :)
Women of all ages come from places far and wide to enjoy a relaxing weekend of entertainment, camping and socialising in a fantastic laid back atmosphere. Esk is a beatuful Qld country town situated approx 100 km' west of Brissy.
The Flanno party has kept it's name because years ago, when it all began...it was held in May and we all wore flanno's. These days of course, you wear what you want !!
So come along and enjoy! It's a weekend of a life time and tickets are only $50.00.
Flanno Esk is a women only event! Camping is free so bring your tent, and some warm clothing. There will be a bbq dinner and breakfast on sale once again.... unfortunately, we have to enforce a NO PETS policy - even our dogs go away for the night! We have Professional Sound engineers, big stage, lots of porta loos and a huge marqueee on site. This party is a well oilled machine.
