About me:
FLASH MAGAZINE is a magazine based on fashion, music, entertainment, health, technology, youth and culture and as well as promotional merchandise a public response section for readers comments each issue.
“FLASH MAGAZINE” was created by Dale Jones, Shako Gibson and Kevin Barrowin 2007. It came about as a means of exposure for the fashion house “GRAFFITI HOUSE” and its brands, also a platform form youth to be exposed whether it is music, art etc. “FLASH MAGAZINE” also wants to assist other persons in the small business sector.
Our goal is to be one of the best magazines locally and regionally
OUR SIDE PROJECT D.S FASHIONS IS A DESIGN GROUP CONSISTING OF THREE YOUNG MEN ,KEVIN B,DALE JONES AND SHAKO GIBSON .WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON A MAGAZINE LAUNCH FOR OUR PUBLICATION TITLED FLASH MAGAZINE ALONG WITH THE CLOTHING LINE DEBUT OF GRAFFITI HOUSE.BY THE YEAR 2009 WE WANT TO BE RECOGNISED LOCALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY... VISION STATEMENT: "to provide high quality clothing and fashionable productsand to become one of the leading fashion houses in the world" OUR MOTO:D.S FASHIONS.."FULL SPEED AHEAD", In the recent months gone by D.S FASHIONS has held on several ocassions ,promotions and small shows to help gain recognition,these promotions however at first,failed at getting the recognition they deserve.
BUSINESS REVIEW:
(1)On thursday April 5th we got our first press release in the Nation News Paper ,discussing our upcoming show.
(2)On the 13th of april we had our second press release in the Nation News Paper,this timne it was a lenghthier interview with mostly one of our members DALE and his hearing disability.plus some pics from our collection.
(3)On wednesday may 23rd ,we had our first television debut on C.B.C MORNING BARBADOS,we were interviewd about our show and to talk about our first publicationFLASH MAGAZINE, and to display some of our shirts.
(4)ARIYA BAR N LOUNGE 27th of May ,D.S FASHIONS presented GRAFFITI HOUSE,One of our first event to exceed the amount of (30) persons in attendandce.
(5)On the 15th of june ,we had our second television feature on C.B.C's CHAT-ROOM,to discuss our next show on the 24 th of june (the same day as Shako's birhday) ,and to feature some of our models showing off our collection.
(6)On the 29th of june 2oo7,there was an expose in the GROOVE MAGAZINE the NATION,with pics and review of the showD.S FASHIONS presents GRAFFITI-HOUSE.
(7)on april 14th 2008 dale and shako went on C.B.C MORNING BARBADOS to help promote the offial release of FLASH MAG.
on august 19th FLASH went on 100.7fm to talk with DJ ARCHILLUS WEEkES to discuss fashion our clothing line and our GRAFFITI HOUSE summer collection show,

First off... Belated Happy Easter. Hope you had a great weekend.
