General
When I'm not facilitating the internet goals of professionals I like to get down to one of our local hockey rinks. I prefer playing ice but also set aside one night a week for roller hockey at OD's Sports Crossing here in Fort Collins. Roller is a tough go as soft wheels on a dirty plastic floor really and make on sweat. I play ice at the Eudora Pool and Ice Center (EPIC) and find it much easier on the body; with the exception that one can hit a wall at a much higher rate of speed. No music for me. Well, I do have a growing collection of MP3's finding I prefer music from the 60's, 70's and 80's. My kids are currently in control of the music scene both at home and on the road. My favorite talk stations are constantly being re-tuned to 'The Bear'.
