Who Are We?
Flash Entertainment Services is headed by Rodney "Flash" Epps. Flash is a music veteran with decades of experience in the music industry. Flash has been a bandleader for over 20 years. In his career, he has performed all over the United States and in many other countries of the world. Having dealt with a multitude of personalities, cultures and problems that sometimes occur, he has developed a unique insight to what makes bands not only work but stand out from the rest. With this insight, Flash is able to give clients peace of mind knowing that entertainment is not something for them to worry about and that their guests will leave the event having had the best time ever.
How Do We Do It?
It's simple. We're Picky!! We understand how important these events are to our clients and we take our job seriously. All of the entertainers and crew members we use are hand chosen with strict requirements in mind. We only recruit and hire quality team players. If, for any reason, a member fails to perform at our required standards, they are replaced. We make sure that our entertainers and crew members feel valued and appreciated which helps to provide a drama-free and fair environment for our team of awesome professionals.
