The Flat Cats play a blend of vintage and modern music which includes the hottest swinging jazz and blues, contemporary classics, and standards. The group is comprised of six talented and experienced musicians with years of performing, arranging, and composing experience. Whether you choose to sit back and listen or kick it up on the dance floor, you and your guests are sure to be entertained!
The Flat Cats have performed at many different venues and events throughout the Midwest, among them Navy Pier, the Arcada Theatre in St Charles, the Willowbrook Ballroom in Willow Springs, the Pete Miller restaurants in the northwest suburbs, Green Dolphin Lounge in Chicago, and the Summer Dance series in Grant Park.
The band has also backed legendary singing groups such as the Drifters, the Crystals, Peggy March, and the Marcels, as part of the Ultimate Doo-Wop shows at the Chicago Theatre, Star Plaza in Merrillville, IN and Pabst Theatre in Milwaukee, WI.
