The monotony experienced by many in rural flatlands. Think of a walk from Spalding to Sleaford on a dull day and you might have a clue as to where we are coming from.
Flatlands started off as a wisp of heather floating on the breeze of a bright Spalding day, then it rained and we got washed away in the river until we got snagged on a branch on the cusp of the Witham, since then we've been writing songs that reflect our damp, snagged human condition. We like to play shows so please put us on in your locale.
