X-KID is the product of gritty street life, urban infrastructure & knowledge of Earth & God. As a youth misunderstood genius created an atmosphere of mistrust and isolation which made a young X-KID strong enough to endure the challenges of life which unfolded all around him in the form of jealousy, drug dealing & gang realted activities. Music & art provided escape and mind expansion for an eager student of The Game which X-KID had slowly become. Never knowing his father made X-KID gain a deeper knowledge of self as well as discovering new idealogies from great minds & ancient cultures. Breakdancing (X-KID's crew REFLEX was fully sponsored by Pepsi) & graffitti were X-KID's first forays into hip hop, but lyricism & production soon proved to be X-KID's strength & talent. X-KID also performs as his alter ego RED APACHE, lead singer and bassist for the band BLACK GRAVITY (Peep the new RED APACHE video "COMING HOME" www.myspace.com/blackgravity). Swarming with a wave of underground artists that sparked and ignited the burgeoning Portland, Or / Seattle, Wa NW underground hip hop scene, X-KID now conducts affairs of business and linguistics in Los Angeles, CA. X-KID has wrecked stages with the likes of Ol DB (RIP), X-Clan, Redman, DJ Quik, Jeru the Damaja, Son Doobie, Immortal Technique, 5 Fingers of Funk, Twista, Digital Underground, Oldominion, Bad Brains and has also performed in events such as End of The Weak (NYC) Slam City Jam (Vancouver BC), Philly Music Conference, DJ Sound WAR, The Industry Showcase (San Francisco). Some may have experienced X-KID on The BLOW TREEZ Hip Hop Tour w/ ALPHA P & SLEEP of OLDOMINION. Look out for X-KID coming to a city near you in JULY - AUGUST 2007 on THE ".700 WORLD SERIES" HIP HOP TOUR w/ ALPHA P, THE PIRATE SIGNAL, & HOLLYWOD KILL w/ Immaculate Flave artists DANK P, SEANSKI & ARIES in support of fresh new X-Kid album ".700".
