How did you get the name Flavor Flav?
In part from a guy that used to take care of me when I was little named Kevin Starks and part from Chuck D. Chuck D. was the first one to call me Flavor Flav.

All of the ones that I’ve kissed are the best kissers.

How many times have you been naked in public?
Never. I’ve never been naked in public. I’m no streaker. That’s not Flav.

What's with the huge clock?
Time is the most important element in our lives that we can’t afford to waste. I wear a huge clock because time is getting bigger for me right now. It represents the big time of Flavor Flav.

What is your ideal woman?
My ideal woman is a woman that knows how to fully love Flav all the way around the board. She has to be a good mother, a good cook and she has to have business brains. AND she can’t spend money the way Flav does.

Who is your favorite musician?
Herbie Hancock. Billy Cobham. And my favorite group of musicians is the Blue and Gold Marching Machine at [North Carolina] A&T State University. I’m an honorary drum major there.

What's the dumbest fight you've ever gotten into with a girl?
It was over a bag of potato chips and the bag was not even full.

What is your greatest weakness?
Kindness.

If you weren't a musician, what would you be?
A cat burglar.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
My drawers. Seriously, I would change my weakness, but I can’t change that.

Bacon.
