    See below for some of the women, now friends, I have had the pleasure of working with.

    Yeah, so…Dewayne is making me write this testimonial. Finally, he thought I was special enough to write one after two years. Seriously though, working with Dewayne was like no other photography session I had been involved in and Dewayne is like no other photographer I had ever worked with. His gift for snatching folks out of their clothes is envied by most and duplicated by none. I have been truly astonished by every photograph of me (and now, my entire family) he has captured. This man is absolutely amazing and quite honestly, I’d be hard-pressed to find anyone…anyone…that could make me feel as relaxed and ‘at home’ as he does when we get together. Like tattoos or crack, he leaves you wanting and waiting for the next shoot. And by the way… I want to have his babies. *Note from Dewayne: I didn't make her say anything. I just took my time in asking her to do it.

    I just wanted to give a shout out to Dewayne .I got a painting done by Dewayne .He was so cool to work with. It was 1st time doing anything like that and he made me feel really comfortable. I had a great time. He was really down to earth and made me laugh. The photos came out great!!!!!     Dewayne is awesome and I felt so comfortable being totally naked running around his house, which at the time was totally new to me. Being that relaxed during a photoshoot definitely benefits the photographer as well as the model, and I think that is one of the many reasons why Dewayne consistently produces amazing photographs.     My name is Andrea and I just did a project with Dewayne Flowers. It was a nude/body paint photoshoot. It was the first nude shoot I'd ever done. I was extremely nervous, but Dewayne made me feel right at home. We got some great images out of the shoot and I'm excited to say I will be working with Dewayne (Flesh and Color) again very soon.







    I had the best experience with Dewayne. This was the only photo shoot I can say that I loved every part of. From the painting to the posing it was fun. My fiance and I both had a great time just hanging out with him and his wife. There was a lot of paint to clean off, but it was worth every minute of cleaning. I have done alot of photo shoots, but this was like no other. It wasn't just another shot for my portfolio, but it was a chance to do something completely new and exciting.     Dewayne is awesome to work with! I've worked with him a couple of times so far. I can't express how much fun it was and what an experience it is to be covered in body paint. You transform into it and create an image that he turns into something unforgettable! It was my first shoot ever and from then on, it has given me a boost into my venture in modeling.     This weekend I experienced one of the most interesting and creative shoots I have ever done. All smothered in SILVER body paint, Dewayne positioned me in very interesting and creative poses. He was so professional, yet funny and laid back that I forgot I was wearing nothing but paint..... He was very warm and welcoming and made me feel so comfotable. His use of art books and digital imaging is phenomenal......This guy is the next hot thing!!!!!!!!!!! He is the Booooommmbbbbbbbb! Oh, Yeah he threw in about 500 personal shots that I need for my portfolio as well. Models, what photographer do you know that will give you that many pics in addition to the shots he needs for his book....WOW!!!!!!!!!!

    Dewayne is absolutely amazing! I was very new to modeling when we worked together and he made me comfortable and relaxed through ever thing we did. The body painting was a true experience!! He was professional but made it so much fun I didnÕt even care that I was wearing nothing but paint as we worked. I would gladly work with him again and would recommend him to everyone I knew who wanted unique photos and a fantastic experience! Dewayne your great!

It has been brought to my attention recently that there is someone posing as me on Yahoo Messenger / AOL AIM trying to get women to send them nude pictures of themselves and set up booking dates.

It is important with ANY person you meet online from a casual friend to a professional to check them out first. There are strange people who will go out of their way to cause harm to someone's reputation and worse yet, physical harm to a person posing as someone else. They can also simply be someone who is so sad that they have to trick someone or use a camera to get a man or woman to even remotely consider looking in their direction. If you can't do it without a "wing man", don't try at all.

1) Dewayne and or the FleshandColor name does not and will not EVER chat on IM of any sort. You will not be in a conversation with me about setting up anything via an instant messaging program. If you are in the process of an IM with me, you are NOT speaking with me. The way to contact me is through my website, myspace or my phone which is 706-881-4997. I have had this number for 10+ years and it will not change anytime soon. If you are ever asked to call or text another number, that is not me. My email used for business will either be info@fleshandcolor.com or dewayne@fleshandcolor.com. Do not send anything to another address. If you have a session booked and the photographer/painter does not look like that handsome devil you see all over this page...you have been tricked.

2) I will NEVER have another male present during a shoot unless it is one you bring with you. The only person that will be present during a session will be a lovely woman by the name of Sherrie. (With Me Below)

This page serves as a personal and professional page for me. I do not separate the "work" from the "play" like many do by having a personal page and a work page. Whether that is a good or bad thing remains to be seen. I do know however that what I do (mainly body painting) is an intimate thing, whether I am working on a male or female. You get to know one another and most of who I have worked with have become friends with me.

Some may say that keeping the two separate helps business. My opinion on the matter is this: if you come to my page, see my work and personality, read my blogs and decide that you do not like me, then why would I want to work with you anyway? So it works out for me I believe. I am not for everyone, but I am a "one size fits most" type of personality.

I am very harsh and blunt, especially when it comes to my opinion on things that bug me. I cuss worse than a drunk UK soccer hooligan most of the time.

I am currently going through a divorce. Why? Things happen, relationships die, people move on. Not a whole lot of details going on there. But like anyone who is or has gone through one, if both sides can keep their former "idiotlaws" in check things will be as smooth as possible. Free thinking is a sexy thing. Been living in a "bonafide state of separation" (I do love legal jargon) since mid to late March of 2009. Just waiting on some simple (but for some reason very complicated) papers to be signed. Then all done.

The news mentioned above has brought on many changes. I have started painting on canvas again but not giving up the human canvas. I come home to a clean house. I have stopped watching TV all together. I even turned off the cable and haven't rented a movie in almost 2 months. However I am a movie lover and I will watch one here and there to fill in the gaps between actually getting off my ass.

I have become a fond lover of a good Moscato and sitting under an oak tree with good company and some stuffed olives. Group conversations with 4 minds adding to the dialogue are wonderful. Cooking has become a pleasure again. It is no longer a chore or an act of redundancy and I am just fine with a 30 minute meal taking 2 hours while the iPod vibrates the steam rolling off the.....stove. I try to cook or do something new each day. I have had a lot of "firsts" recently and will continue to do so.

I can't stand undisciplined children and like their parents or uncaring step-parents, who are often seeking an academy award, even less. I was given the greatest gift ever recently. So, if you see a red truck going down the road with an "I Hate Your Kids" sticker on the back window...I have been spotted. However, every now and then someone creeps along and shows how cool people 4 feet and below can be. They are rare and often are overlooked like a 4 leaf clover amongst a bunch of weeds.

So, here I am being the canvas for the first time. I hate short people, but this one is cool.

I find great pleasure in people watching, a semi-new love of mine. I say "semi" because I have always liked it. Now, I just have better locations and company. I find humor in almost anything from men who bow their chest out when a sexy woman walks bye to the lady trying to "adjust" herself without anyone seeing...well, we did. My favorite thing to observe is either "number A" Children falling down, or "number B" someone walking through a spider's web. They freak out but no one sees the web.

Having conversations with someone who is half asleep or while I am half asleep is something I try to avoid but have come to love at the same time. It all ends in a good laugh no matter how terribly embarrassing it is. However, being wide awake and saying something COMPLETELY jacked up is a great time. Current favorites are: "Shit Scaredless" - "House the Burn Down" - "I'm on a float Motha Fucka". If you don't know, then ask. **Update** If you ever need butter or margarine to cook with and I ask you what kind you would like me to get, never say "Crunchy Cock" when you mean "Country Crock". You will never, ever, be allowed to forget it.

So why did I write the long winded spill about me? Well, I felt like it, that's why. Once you have read this and you are not insulted that I hate your children, yes, YOUR children are included, we can move forward to your interest or lack of in what I do...Body painting and photography.
