   About Fletcher Park
Have You Experienced Fletcher Park?

While long time friends Garrett Hughes and Ryan Ewanchuk had always had a good laugh with one another, the idea of creating a band based on their antics had only become realistic recently. After Ryan had a falling out with a dead-end heavy metal band and Garrett rounded a fourth month of unemployment, the two fooled with the idea of writing some music. When "A Little Closer," still more an inside joke than a song, recieved positive feedback from within the community, it was clear that the duo had an opportunity.

What started out as a mission to drink for free soon turned into something much more. Popularity within the group..s hometown was growing, and it was obvious that the two couldn..t proceed with just the occasional song shared amongst friends. Fans wanted more - Garrett and Ryan answered their call.

Fletcher Park was born.

The name was taken from a small park in the band..s region. Like the actual park, the band is where teens come to do drugs and cause trouble for the establishment.

Garrett and Ryan are currently working on material for a demo and for shows.
