Welcome to my page, chaps! So you want to know about me? Well ...
I'm a girl who loves the 40s. I dress in a 40s style every single day. Even my jeans are repros! I won't lie and say I never wear jogging bottoms and tank-tops though, because, quite frankly, I do wear them. For yoga. Or gardening. Or wearing about in the house to stop my vintage getting coated in cat hair. But when I am out and about, I am in full vintage regalia. Hair, makeup, and clothes. Some might call that high maintenance, but it's just the way I am. Alas, although I have always had an interest in the 40s and 50s, I haven't always been so well dressed. I started out as a grubby little grunge fan, progressing to dreadlocked metal-head in my teens, through a brief psychobilly period before maturing into the vintage maven that you see before you today. I hope you'll agree that this is a change for the better. I see dressing vintage as a kind of grown-up interpretation of the alternative look I've had ever since I was old enough to decide how to dress ... to be any other way would feel strange to me!
I've now been doing vintage and pin up modelling for a year. I love what I do, and I am always interested in hearing from photographers with interesting ideas, or anyone who might have a project they would like me to get involved in. Shoots, catwalk shows, promotions work, anything will be considered, so get in touch!
My AIM is FleurDeGuerre, I love meeting new people to chat to. :)

I have a blog full of vintage styling tips and tricks that I regularly update called Diary Of A Vintage Girl.
I just made a vintage hair tutorial, the first of many more to come!
Who I'd like to meet:
Other vintage mavens, dashing gents, swing dancers, Shag enthusiasts ;) and lindy hoppers, pin up girls, rockabillies and rockabellas, chaps with moustaches, people who look like pirates (with or without moustaches), shoe collectors, girls with more dresses than cupboard space, people who make stuff, cat lovers, baking enthusiasts, and people who would consider taking my picture. Basically, anyone who shares my interests, either musically, sartorially, or feline!
I'd also love to hear from any vintage repro or pin-up clothing or accessories companies willing to lend me things for shoots. I always have shoots coming up and am constantly having to source new outfits and accessories (more shopping, poor me!) so would be most grateful to be able to borrow things in exchange for photos.
