About me:
I’ve been tattooing since 2005 and had previous piercing experiance prior to that.
I have trained with Dale Orton, Paolo Acuna and over the years have enriched my learning through various wonderful artists that I have met from around the world.
Most of the work I do is custom work. I love anything organic, realistic and Japanese and my work reflects this. I enjoy both coloured work and black and grey.
I have a passion for painting which I have done since a young age, this passion was ignited again by Paolo Acuna during my aprenticeship and recently I have held exhibitions in 2008 in LA and Quebec.
I have been on the road working guest spots and conventions with no real base since late 2006 and love this life style, i generally move place every week enabling me to live and work with a wide and varied number of artists around the world.
I am currently having an exhibition at Alien Art tattoo in Mayfield, Australia and have two lined up for Norway in September 2009. Check out www.clairereid.net for extra updates :)
