About me: This is the official Myspace page for Sacramento, California’s Flexible Flav Crew.
Flexible Flav was created in 1999 by Buckingham (FFC), J-Rawk (SEC), Marx (FFC)).
The leader of our crew is Bboy Buckingham a.k.a Abraham; the co-leader is Bboy Marx.
We are an internationally competitive breakdancing crew.Our crew’s specialty is battling in bboy competitions, performing in shows and events, teaching workshops, judging competitions, promoting and hosting events, and connecting and networking people.
Nationally, we have competed at events in New York, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Atlanta, New Mexico, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and all over California. Internationally, we have competed at events in Canada, France, Korea, Tahiti, Portugal, Taiwan, and Singapore.
We have performed with popular hip hop artists such as Africa Bambatta, KRS-1, Talib Kweli, Common, Rob Base, Dead Presidents, Zion I, and the Soul Sonic Force.
Flexible Flav strongly supports the local communities by performing at events hosted by businesses and organizations in the region such as the California State Fair, Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, United Way, MLK 360, Run to Feed the Hungry: A Stride for Breast Cancer, and dozens of schools all over Sacramento.
We also teach breakdancing classes and workshops weekly to all ages.
For the past 10 years, the city of Sacramento has always supported us with our dancing. So in return, we want to share the knowledge we have learned traveling and performing around the world with everyone!

Hey, This Thursday Everyone who comes to the club, will be giving a ticket that enters you in for a drawing later that night for a Xbox 360, and Nintendo Wii. Or the Cash Value.
