flica is an electro-acoustic outfit produced by euseng seto from the evolving music scene of Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Born in 1982, he begun his exquisite journey in conceptualizing and producing delicate home-brew music since 2005 with his first electronica duo project muxu with member huat liang.
Having realized the need to explore further and experiment with his own music style, euseng seto started flica in early 2007, solely crafting and producing music on his own. As a result, the subtle sounds that flica creates are exceptionally melodic and uncomplicated, which perfectly mirroring his perceptions towards daily personal feelings on life and nature.

in this gorgeous album, besides showcasing the stunning vocals by Malaysian singer-songwriter ika, it also features collaborative efforts with famed Tokyo indie label mastermind Akira Kosemura and talented electro-acoustic musician Haruka Nakamura. As a final magical touch, windvane and window is beautifully mastered by our dear friend, ricks ang, who is also one half of the splendid Singapore electronic ambient duo, aspidistrafly.

this works are actually recorded in the nice tourist town Dresden where Jan lived for 4 years and on several places in germany/thuringia and denmark/sjaeland +++ Jan recorded all with an old 4-track, one old minidisc-recorder, two old guitars and some old pedals and a brand new notebook+++Enrico Wuttke aka Flim helped him out with some Fieldrecordings and beautiful Piano Pieces+++ new tracks are growing every day on his minidisc-walkman he records woods, highways/autobahnen, shopping centers, farms, children rooms, camping sites, rehearsel rooms and roofgardens ...etc and himself and his friends and familys+++ since spring 2007 he lives on a farm in thuringia, germany+++to be continued +++
