I walked the Great Wall of China for Help A London Child in March 2008 - I seem to do things that scare me!(getting fit is one of them!) - random things like: I'm scared of heights so I went and did a sky dive over LAS Vegas! Pretty freaked out generally by water now after near death experiences white water rafting in Turkey and on a boat from Guatamarla to Belize! So now I'm a very grounded person in many ways! ;o)
