FLO Mixed Martial Arts is an 8,500 square foot mixed martial arts (MMA) training facility, including an elevated boxing ring, an MMA cage, collegiate wrestling mats, a tatami area, Free motion weight equipment and a cardio area. FLO MMA wants to promote health, fitness, flexibility, agility and coordination through real drills. We are focused on bringing you top level instruction in various styles no matter what your previous experience is. Men, woman and children are all welcome at FLO. We cater to beginners, as well as the elite athlete. We have some of the world's top trainers and offer classes in Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing, Kickboxing, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
