Later that night at around 10 pm at the Quarter, 321 n 2nd st, we will be showing up with 50 balloons for the crowd to "pierce", there will be a prize in every balloon!! Prizes include, free body jewelry, gift certificates for $25, $50, $100 off certain tattoos and piercings, free store credit, and 1 lucky winner will recieve a free $300 tattoo certificate!! Come down and have fun with us on our 1st anniversary on 2nd st!! Cool things will be happening all day!!
