It’s a brave band who dare combine sovereign-ring wearing, Carling-downing English urbanism with such funky riffs and weighty grooves.
A highly original collision of disparate styles which given time to mature, could be genuinely exciting. Irritatingly good fun. KKK! - Kerrang! Magazine
Floors and Walls sound completely unique in that they marry the streetwise British punk of The Jam to the plausibly grime based delivery of Mike Skinner or Dizzie Rascal. Unique enough to be worth keeping an eye on! 6/10 - Classic Rock Magazine
....While their raucous stage show has turned heads, its the fearsome foursome's blend of 90's alternative and funk with the skittish energy and vocal snarl of garage that really stands out.... - Rock Sound
Coming on like a genre-smashing version of Head Automatica and Sonic Boom Six by way of Asian Dub Foundation and Dub War, Floors and Walls go for the head as well as the heart with album "What Can We Do Today?", mixing up Mod-rock, pop punk, dancehall and hip-hop to create something genuinely new and refreshing - Big Cheese Magazine
With the rubber band-funk delivery of Red Hot Chilli Peppers given a Plan B-like delivery, Floors + Walls have harnessed two groove-driven sounds and created something exemplary with it! - Subba-Cultcha
If Floors & Walls can build on this impressive debut then they could truly be a massive band. These tunes show the power, ability and breadth of these guys and I, for one, will be watching with keen interest to see where the band go next. - Hardrockhouse.com (CLICK HERE for full review)
These youngsters from Brighton have blown away all conventions; to call this great debut album Nu-Metal would be to dismiss what a fantastic record this is.... - PoliticalPunk.org (CLICK HERE for full review)
Grab this album with both hands and pray they release more as soon as possible! I rarely give out a 5 out of 5 for albums, this one was never in doubt. - Rock3Music.com (CLICK HERE for full review)
.... Their energy is infectious as they strip down genre barries, experimenting with rock, MC-ing and melodies. Their dark sound puts them on a pedestal stretching years beyond their age.... The poise and professionalism they show on stage mean it would be an injustice if they never make it. - Caught Live: The Sun (CLICK HERE for full review)
Floors and Walls bring us their brilliant debut album "What Can We Do Today?"....Crossing between genres of British Hip-Hop, Rap and Urban, Floors and Walls provide a humorous outlook on life....The album is a good debut album, showing independance and maturity throughout, gaining the correct balance and exceeding all my expectations.... - RoomThirteen.com (CLICK HERE for full review)
Funked out, jungled up, trip-hop rock and popdebauchery! - GO2 Magazine (Single Of The Month)
Brighton's Floors and Walls were completely unknown and a real surprise, They opened sounding like they were going to be a hard rock band but then frontman Alex Adams turned out to be a rapper with a rapid-fire delivery, loads of energy and a remarkable singing voice. Their unusal fusion of drum'n'bass and heavy rock with very clever and witty lyrics seemed to nod towards so many influences. This was their first time in Bristol; it surely won't be their last - Bristol Evening Post
Floors and Walls are FUCKING BRILLIANT! I can't get their tunes out of my skull. It's an amazing package and what a frontman. They should be out kicking the arse of the Arctic Monkeys. - Mark Richardson - Feeder / Skunk Anansie
A phenomenon waiting to happen! Rage Against The Machine meets The Streets!! I shouldn't need to say and more, check them out! I'm loving this! - Damien Keyes - JuiceFM
The best thing I've heard in years!" - Yap - One Minute Silence / PinkPunk
This band have taken the hip of The Streets, the heavy of Rage Against The Machine, fucked it all up and spat out their own chav-rock! - Mark Clayden - Pitchshifter / This Is Menace
These guys have tapped into something seriously interesting! - Kieron Pepper (Drummer for The Prodigy)
