I was born in Brazil and moved to the U.S. when I was 7.
In 2000, I started voice coaching with Jose Miguel Velasquez (Shakira, Jaci Velasquez, David Bisbal and Ricky Martin).
Ever since, I've been performing for charity events, games, parties, talent shows, local restaurants/lounges, and anything I can get myself into.
In 2002, in Sao Paulo, Brazil for my mom's birthday party - performing "I Will Always Love You" for an audience of over 300.
In 2003, I recorded my first demo, Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On", produced by Jose Miguel.
In 2004, I started to attend Coral Reef High School in Miami, FL, a magnet school in which I was a part of the chorus and music theory program.
I worked for 3 years with private instructor Colleen Amaya, who has done numerous musicals and has sang for Disney's Candlelight in 2007. I worked not only on my pop voice, but developed a new passion for Classical and Broadway music. For 2 years in a row I got straight Superiors in Florida's Vocal Association singing Classical. I also got straight superiors in Federation 2008, a competition in Tampa, FL.
In November 04, I participated in my first big competition - "Best New Talent" in Los Angeles, California, in the categories of pop, Broadway, and Latin singing. That same year I recorded another demo in Brazil.
In 2005, I performed in Club Med in Phuket, Thailand for 2 nights. In October, I worked with producer Rudy Perez (Beyonce, Julio Iglesias, Christina Aguilera, Michael Bolton, Luis Miguel, Marc Anthony and Jaci Velasquez) with whom I did my first big project; along with three other singers, I recorded an entire Disney album in Portuguese, totaling over 20 songs. We did the backup vocals for a show that Disney put on in Sao Paulo, Brazil, called "Disney 100 Years of Magic".
In 2006, I worked with producer Patxi Pastor (Eric Clapton, BB King). Then I performed the National Anthem on the 4th of July in a big event in St. Tropez, France. I also performed a week later in Cafe Sass in Monte Carlo, Monaco. Later that year, I recorded another demo in Brazil with my Brazilian voice teacher/singer, Adriana Deffenti. I sang Bossa Nova style, all in Portuguese. In December, I performed at Porcão, (Miami, FL) for "Feijoada TV Globo International", along with recording artist Dreey-C.
In 2007, I recorded my very first original demo, composed by Andres Levin from the band Yerba Buena (copyrighted by EMI Records). My version was produced and arranged by my coach/producer Jose Miguel.
Beginning of 2008, I sang the national anthem at the Sony Ericsson Open event in Miami, FL. In September, I recorded in Miami with Jason Garte, president of the Miami studio "The Mix Group", along with the Fliptones (Lil Wayne, Donnie, Fat Joe, Junior Reid) my new song "Love Me Forever". I am attend Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, majoring in Professional Music. At Berklee, I am working with some very talented musicians/producers. I worked with DJ Carnage on his new song "Swagger Like Mines", Heat Lab on a song I wrote called "Missing You", Defy Ent, and Mikbeats on some unfinished songs.
I am very blessed to have met and worked with so many amazing people. I've had some pretty fantastic opportunities, and people I love to always support me.
