About me: I have a 2 story condominium in Ormond by the Sea, Florida for monthly or winterly rental; as well as, weekly rental in the spring and summer months. I am willing to rent weekly in the winter if the condo is not occupied for those months. Ormond by the Sea is just 10 miles (approx. 10-15 minutes) north of Daytona Beach. It is a great location because you can relax and enjoy the beach, ocean, and pool in the day and still be close to lively Daytona if you'd like. The condo has an Atlantic ocean view, right across the street from the beach (< 50 yards) and the front door opens right up to the refreshing pool and sun deck area. OTHER FEES = All renters must pay a $50 cleaning fee at the end of their stay (the cleaning service takes care of all cleaning as well as launders the bed sheets and makes up the beds)
