Patrick Gibson was born in 1982 in the small town of Apopka, Florida. He grew up hoping to be a performer following the music of George Jones and other great Artists. He watched his Father play around with the music business for years and finally decided to pick up a guitar and make some noise himself. In the third grade, Patrick performed in a "Honky-Tonk" with his Father's band, and from that day on he never quit. After working on his vocals all the way through school, Patrick wrote his first song. "All of my writings have some sort of inspiration, all the way from the words of my Grandfather to my personal thoughts after the passing of a good friend". The song "Patriots Tears" was the first piece of work that really hit home and caught the attention of all the surrounding people in Patricks life. It gave confirmation that Patrick Gibson was a true Artist. ********************************************************************************************************************************
Continuing to write with his cousin "Sean Gibson" and the Kentucky boy "Adam Langan" was a meaningful experience and will always reflect on his career. "Just everyday working men putting there thoughts into a song". With special mentors such as "Buddy Davis" from the Orange Blossom Opry and "Mark Newman" of Leesburg, Florida, He was on his way to the next level. After meeting with Producer Andy Anderson, Patrick brought together his first completed Nashville project entitled "Florida", which included seven of his originals. This was the beginning of a new journey for Patrick Gibson.

He began sharing the stage with headliners and Nashville Artists such as Sawyer Brown, Ronnie Milsap, Jeff Bates, Jim Van Fleet, Rhett Akins and Trent Willmon. He gained immediate respect for his explosive, high energy stage performance. The album received radio play in several parts of the state of Florida. More than 1,000 cds were sold stage side within just six months and he was requested twice by separate parties to write a custom song. His music is addictive and memorable and is a style only Patrick Gibson can wear.

With all of that who could ask for more? Well there is more. Take away the contagious music and well suited cowboy hat and you have a tall walking heart of gold. His reputation amongst his fans is die hard. He has a soft soul for reaching out to the audience and capturing their hearts and does this genuinely. So what’s to come of this “Florida Cracker Country Boy”? A lot! His hard working trait makes him very desirable and his passion for music and talent for songwriting is unstoppable. Patrick Gibson is a talent not to be missed.
