Capitalism is schizophrenic: At the end of our last transmission, we were on the very epoch of what is Florida=Death.... 00:00:00 > As of this moment Hot Air Press, our Flag Ship companions, have just received 200 copies of our EP "Depression Era Music"... which is now currently available @ www.hotairpress.org and at our shows, locally and abroad... Also at this time we are in the act of booking a tour through the Midwest as well as North East for the later part of JULY. The dates in question are posted on our page. Any bands or promoters interested in helping us out with a date can contact us though this page or at amodrecord@gmail.com ::: :::::: ...during this touring frequency, we hope to meet many new friends who may be willing to accept the blood of Christ as a lie configured by a few of the reptilian race, bent on controlling human emotion and condition, as well find some killer burritos while traversing though your state and home///////

March Forth, Two Thousand Nine:
Since I last wrote about the state of the band the world was under the tutelage of a bunch of bullshit and I had had a cult like fascination with Mr. Hobbs, plus we were finishing up our album and I prolly made up some rumors about the future (being a covert futurist and all). This being the present<> much has presented itself in a timely fashion...as of today a bunch of things are vibrating to our direction.... LIKE the completion of our Album which was just mastered by our friend, James of Ugh God, in Philadelphia... the masters are on their way this week I believe // so we should have a release date soon for our unnamed LP that we're still trying to figure out how we are going to release... segments of the album will be released sooner than later as a 12" by our friends Ben and Luc from Hot Air Press.. this will include a material from our new LP and an amalgamation of a few recent improv recordings that we recorded on 1/4 inch tape...EXCITING!!!! Also we will be doing a bit of touring in May I believe, something like back to back weekend tours .... hopefully trouncing through your space or cityscape with damaged equipment, bruised egos, and a dog along the way,,,, also "shout" at me if you know where I can get a good burrito and a show in your area. We'll play anywhere obviously, but if there was an amazing Burrito in the area!!! well you get the idea... Also a side note the New Hawaii is still kicking and we implore you, if you're into music and are into celebrating the act of music, to PLEASE come to our shows. Everyone is welcome to a very awkward smokey time with amazing music / nonmusic / Depression Era Music in a living room with like minded weirdos. Also transdimentional beings can show up as long as your cool....So come, Mr. Hobbs would like to ordain you into the Dojo.

We put up four songs featured on our upcoming (not yet titled) full length. You've heard two of them before, but these are updated mixes/transfers. The album is almost done and should be released within the next couple months.
Also, AMOD and The New Hawaii have put out a compilation CD, titled "No Parent's '08", featuring 21 songs from 21 different artists that have played at The New Hawaii. It is hott and awesome and great and only available at our shows for the moment. Soon we'll set up something on the internet where one can purchase this compilation, as well as other albums and etc. In the meantime, come to our free shows.

who knew almost 5 months would go buy before i wrote a passing thought about the current state of flroida=deat..sdh.....

i think i may have said in the past that we would have a new EP out sooner than later .... well ........... well we are having such a great time we just aren't ready to stop writing or recording new muzak....... their are a few newer songs up but really if you've been to a show they which you know who you are......they won't be much of a surprise..... but new music is being is being learned and near completion sorta it will be out soonish everything is tentative/////////////////////////////// when it is done it will be consumed by ears in valleys and fields... and given to babies instead of breast milk ...... we as well have a few small weekend shannanigans in the works in the Fall,,,,,, as well as a split with a one MAMMOTH HUNTER which is in the air drifting like that remake of that french film about a red balloon i believe our side of the split will be the scene were the balloon is in front of that Parisian bakery with the french kid... and also a few shows with them which will be A high?>point of the "suummerr" for now spend your money on guns and learn to plant a garden shit is coming down and shit is comming down hard ...... and once again The House of the Rising New Hawaii has shows they are relatively recession proof and STD free!
