Our mom and her friend Ashley are doing ferret rescue on a small scale for our local animal control and private adoptions. You can see Ashley's profile along with pics of her ferrets in her myspace profile as our top friend. As far they know they are the only ones doing it in our area. Our local ferret shelter closed and there was a big need to save ferrets like ourselves and place them in new homes. They don't ask for an adoption fee since they are not a business but just want to place the ferrets in loving homes. We love to meet our new fosters and hope they find good homes very quickly.
