BIG THANX to everyone who has committed to coming out for tomorrow's fund raiser... you folks are GREAT!
Tomorrow's car wash will be at Rosie's Gourmet Italian Ices, which is the same company that provided the Italian Ice earlier this year for one of our fund raisers.

They are located on the west side of Federal Highway just north of Johnson Street (south of Sheridan Street). (They are located across Federal Highway from Lee's Bikes and Locksmith.)
Let's plan on arriving by 9:30am so we can get started by 10:00am.
We'll have some hoses, buckets, towels and rags. Anyone else with towels, rags and car washing stuff please bring what you can.

The 2009 Florida Homeschool Prom is promising to be the most exciting of our annual events to date! We are very happy to announce more tickets have been purchased already for this year's prom compared to this same time of the year for ALL past proms!
Just a reminder that discounted tickets sales "officially" ended Satruday, February 28th, but you can still order your prom tickets at the current discounted rate for as long as this pricing is reflected on the prom's web site at www. floridahomeschoolprom. com.
PLEASE NOTE: We will probably be updating the price of prom tickets on Monday, March 2nd.

Please be sure to let us know if you are planning to attend this year's Florida Homeschool Prom and participate in its annual "Tribute to Graduating Seniors".
During the 2009 Florida Homeschool Prom, which will be held from 7:30pm-11:30pm on Friday, May 29, 2009, there will be a video acknowledging all graduating seniors attending this year's prom and a presentation to each participating senior. (The cost is $10.00 in addition to the price of your prom ticket.

This event is open to all teens age 13 and older, and who are either a homeschooler, virtual school student or a homeschool alumni.
What: Annual Homeschool Teen Valentines Dance/Party
When: Saturday, February 14, 2009 (7pm-10pm)
Cost: $10 per attendee (Proceeds to benefit the 2009 Florida Homeschool Prom)
Where: "The Attic" at Rio Vista Church
880 S. Federal Hwy, Ft. Lauderdale
RSVP: Please RSVP by February 12th by emailing flhomeschoolprom@bellsouth.net or calling (954) 922-5265. It is important to RSVP so we can have an idea of how any teens will be attending this year.
Rio Vista Church is located about 1 mile south of "the tunnel" and is on the northeast corner of South Federal Highway and SE 9th Street.
