Flowers From The Man Who Shot Your Cousin is essentially
Morgan Caris. For a good many years now he has been writing
and recording songs, some of which have been released on lps
and compilations mostly in Spain and Japan, but *Hapless* is
the first solo album of his to see the light of dusk.

WR-02

* Hapless * WR-02

Released in the Spring on Waterhouse Records in France, it
has been said to be a stark and arguably intense piece of work.
Reminiscent of early Leonard Cohen or late Nick Drake records,
for its soft melodies, quiet guitars and bare arrangements, it
also evokes Smog or the Silver Jews for its bone dry and
sometimes darkly sarcastic lyrics.

Also, listen to WNYC's Spinning On Air episode about the album
and check out the Last.fm page for more songs and downloads.
Then visit the Waterhouse Records page to hear more bands.

Cheers, Morgan. Sadly I have to work that night, as usual when fun stuff is happening. No city hall yet, but sold a couple of pieces after my show. Almost like a real artist, eh?

www.myspace.com/songsoftheend
www.marissanadler.com/
MARISSA NADLER

+ THE MISSING SEASON (Rennes / My Little Cab Records / Folk Rock)
www.myspace.com/missingseason

Partie 1 : interview (20'36)

Partie 2 : session live (10'01)

Partie 3 : bonus avec Mina Tindle et Odran Trummel (9'37)

Well I'm looking forward to 2010!
By the way with my comment...I wasn't saying I was bored of 'Hapless' which is what it might of come across as. Because I really cannot get bored of it. My friend lent me the album a while ago...
I just ordered it a few days ago, I was wondering if I can get it signed? But maybe it might of already been sent.
Anyways you are the Einstein of song-writing. And really, I cannot ever get bored of listening to any of your songs.
They all have such meaning, more meaning than anything I've ever heard.
Again, Josh.

I'm alots of people cousin but I love the name! My cousin is just a nazi conservative with nothing else to do with her time than look over my shoulder as I make a playlist. She needs a therapist.
